We are a true dedicated partner to our clients by being completely involved with their business needs and supporting those needs as the company, steering committee, and/or senior management is looking for to drive the company goals to the next level. Our view is to help the business owners to reach the end-goal to successfully complete their desires for their company. We understand how important it is to be available to our clients in a 24 hour, 7 days a week commitment and that something we promise, as a service that is NOT the clients cost but our dedication for doing the best job toward success. Every client will have a Project Manager assigned to that project in which the client reviews the resumes to ensure they are comfortable with who they are working with and ensure that Project Manager believes in the client, company and project. That Project Manager will be local to the client for quick access and clear understanding of what is involved politically, socially as well as reviewing local support for the client’s needs. Once you are a client there is an area within your client portal that we also try our best to ensure you keep you with the various education seminars that is going on across the country. Some of these conferences Trident will be involved with and others may be provided by i.e. SBA, State Governments, City Contract updates and so on. We will also allow our clients to inform are other clients of activities they are providing to get extra coverage of their events.
