It has an enviable track record of award winning and innovative schemes undertaken in the West Midlands and throughout the country. Early work was in partnership with the equity arms of the major banks, other developers and high networth individuals. The company uses its skill and experience together with excellent contacts in both property and finance to progress cutting edge concepts. Key projects include the 48 acre 520,000 sq ft Drayton Manor Business Park, acquired as a part empty factory site with equity from HSBC Specialist Investments, rebranded and fully let over a 2 year period, the award winning Scholars Gate 38 apartment listed mixed use scheme in Central Birmingham financed though RBS and undertaken in partnership with Piper Securities and the BREEAM Excellent 45,000 sq ft Langley Point office scheme developed through an international LLP financed by Handelsbanken. Trigram was responsible for gaining planning and delivering the impressive 18 storey 600 bedroom Birmingham One student residential tower on the Bristol Road just South of Birmingham City centre in an innovative deal that saw the ground floor gym and swimming pool opened to local community residents as part of planning gain.
