Trillium Customs Brokers is a family owned and operated Customs Brokerage house that was founded in 1987. Our original goal of providing personal and prompt service for our clients has not changed. In line with our Company policy we have not, nor do we intend to install voice mail, we believe that this type of service would interfere with our customer's who require answers on a timely basis, this is only one of our idea's of supplying personal service. In addition to customs clearing your goods, we can arrange freight deliveries, reshipping, repacking, distribution and obtaining Canadian Import Permits required on our up to date computer system which allows us to electronically clear goods through Canada Customs at any port in Canada. Our management team has over 85 years of combined knowledge in the Customs brokerage and freight fields and in addition to our commitment to personal service we provide services that can be tailor-made to fit your unique Customs and Freight requirements and needs, not ours. Our Customs Consulting Department provides prompt and accurate answers to your questions such as Tariff Codes, Duty Rates, NAFTA Eligibility, Product Quotas, Anti-Dumping, A.M.P.S., or any questions concerning Canada Border Services Agency regulations. We also prepare and file duty drawbacks, amending entries and duty refund claims as necessary.
