Trinity Charities, Inc provides education and charitable services geared to educating the general public on AIDS and AIDS prevention and provides support services to individuals who are HIV positive and to individuals who have AIDS. Support Programs The Healthy PWA Program This program has been in existence for over 11 years and currently has 35-40 participants who meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 pm to learn nutrition, supplement strategies, life style modification, stress management and exercise techniques. Members of the group are provided much needed nutritional supplements at cost or free of charge when they attend meetings. It is estimated that the program supplement cost alone exceeds $1,000 per month. This is truly a life-enhancing program for persons affected by HIV/AIDS. Food Pantry Trinity Charities Food Pantry is open during the Healthy PWA Program on the 1st Tuesday of each month and on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 4:30pm. The Food Pantry and its volunteer staff ensure that groceries and supplies, at no charge, are available to anyone with a life threatening illness. Emergency Funds The Charity has limited emergency funds available to assist people finding themselves in a temporary emergency situation. The Pet Support Program This program provides pet food and supplies for the pets of those with AIDS that need this support. The program, while providing nourishment for pets, provides emotional support to those with AIDS.
