Pre-Leasing Evaluation: Immediately after becoming your property manager we provide an extensive evaluation of your property. Is it ready to rent? Does it have the features that tenants want? How much profit can I expect from my investment? You might be surprised by the inexpensive ways you can your property even more appealing which often results in a higher asking point! b. Marketing the Property: We use a variety of cost-free marketing efforts, including: yard signage, internet advertising and Craig's List. We also take plenty of pictures to create attractive flyers used to market your property. If necessary, paid advertising will be used to help expedite the rent process. c. Leasing the Property: We field all phone calls concerning the property, conduct all showings, and handle every aspect of thoroughly screening potential tenants. When we have a solid prospect, the application is forwarded to you for final approval. It's in everyone's best interest to find a highly qualified tenant. d. Maintenance: Inevitably, problems arise. We are here to handle them. We employ highly qualified maintenance technicians that can solve nearly every problem. In emergency situations, we have a list of terrific contractors to call upon. Rest assured, your property is in good hands. e. Inspections: We guarantee a walk-thru inspection every six months and will conduct drive-by inspections more frequently.
