Tripping Animals Brewing Co. was born from a relentless passion for craft beer and a wild spirit of experimentation. It all started in a garage in Caracas, Venezuela, back in 2011—where four friends, Daniel Chocron, Ignacio Montenegro, Iker Elorriaga, and Juan-Manuel Torres, brewed whatever they could get their hands on. Fueled by curiosity and a desire to push the limits of brewing, the team spent years traveling the world, learning from global beer cultures and perfecting their craft. In 2018, their journey brought them to the heart of Doral, Florida, where they found the perfect home to turn their dream into reality. Today, Tripping Animals has expanded into two vibrant locations—our flagship brewery and taproom in Doral, and our newest experience-driven outpost in Oakland Park, featuring a beer garden and kitchen concept that reflects our love for food, flavor, and good times.
