Triskelion Training Solutions fosters a people empowering people approach with their training and development to employees within the motor and other industries. We understand the challenges facing the motor industry with regards to; high staff turnover, succession planning, talent management and meeting their skills gaps. Our aim is to establish ourselves as key players in the skills development arena within the motor industry by providing a high quality of service at cost effective rates, using experienced staff and partnership with our clients. Given the difficulty of face-to-face training with the Covid pandemic, we now offer facilitated, managed skills and product online training and coaching. As of 2020, we have added an additional range of services to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy in all businesses by offering solutions to help you work smarter and not harder such as: • Customized solutions to your reporting needs • On job assessment and training of staff to improve efficiency and accuracy, enabling and empowering them to perform better in their role with less stress. • Excel training for beginner, intermediate, advanced and super user levels adapted as far as possible to meet company requirements. • Process improvement or creation. • Excel and visual basic solutions for reports, macros and business tools. Our personal touch together with high quality service delivery and dedicated staff will assist with the building of long lasting relationships.
