The company designs 3 options (using our Choice Framework) to deliver different IMPACTs at proportional fees. The client chooses from these options. IBP also requires payment in advance or monthly in advance for annual plans. The firm never has to deal with AR again. Cash flow is always positive. We use two approaches to calculate the fees when a firm transitions to IBP. There is more art than science for the first several weeks and then it becomes your new normal. Fees increase as your knowledge and expertise accumulate and elevate the IMPACTs you deliver. Typical engagements with TCG run for three months.
