A division of Professional Dispatch Services, Inc. (PDSI) With our unique position having spent 25 years dispatching for towing companies all over the United States, we have noticed a huge problem - 911 dispatchers are inundated with inbound emergency calls, and resources are slim. Calling out contracted towing companies for accidents and impounds- making any outbound call at all- is an unnecessary and dangerous distraction for these responders. TRMS is an outside service, manned 24/7 by emergency dispatchers who have interacted with PSAP dispatchers from the state, county and city levels in nearly every state. Our main goal is to help take this stress off of PSAP's, in hopes of reducing hold/queue times. We strive to create accountable and fair rotation practices, and represent the towing community as an important element of the emergency response team. Our mission has always been to assist our partners in public safety in creating fair municipal tow rotations; as well as to quickly and efficiently respond to/clear accident scenes, helping to prevent secondary accidents and promote responder safety.
