About Trois-Riviéres Training

Welcome to Trois-Riviéres Training. The philosophy of this sports training center is to enhance the individual skill development of an athlete, while increasing their speed, agility and quickness. This happens in an environment where the athlete is challenged, encouraged and trained to exceed their goals and expectations. We focus on athletic skill development of individuals and small groups. Athletes utilize the facility to improve their athleticism and sport specific skills during off-season training and in-season refresher training. The 14,820 square foot training facility is conveniently located one mile south of I-94 and Highway 15 in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
