BALLABIO Born at the beginning of the century, in 1905, Ballabio is one of the most long-established Italian wineries and one of the oldest in the Oltrepò Pavese region. The perfect balance between modern and traditional criteria yields the highest quality production. The estate is located in the first hills of Casteggio "the ancient Clastidium" 20 km from Pavia and only 40 km from Milan, Italy. Ballabio acts as guardian of the traditions of its land, privileging the achievement of superb quality over quantity. The Ballabio wines are the product of a close collaboration between our oenologist and contain all the characteristics of the land of their roots.
