About Truck Melanoma!
Team Truck Melanoma is about taking melanoma awareness and early detection techniques to the Motorsports community. We are about meeting the Motorsports community where they are at. We do outreach booths, free skin exams, and race as a way to start conversations. Our last outreach event was at the Xfintiy NASCAR races at the Portland International Raceway and we passed out over 3,000 packets of sunscreen and identified 4 melanomas and a basal cell carcinoma skin cancer during our free skin screenings.
