With fuel costs at a record high, diesel is now a valuable commodity. Many haulage companies are experiencing fuel theft with very little to help combat the problem. Trucksecure have developed a unique cost effective device that will deter any would-be thief. With a non-invasive fuel sensor discreetly mounted at the base of the fuel tank and connected to the main controller, any fuel loss will activate the system creating a local alarm by either switching on the vehicle lights and horn or sounding a 110dB voice speaker and separate strobe. If remote signaling is required, an additional GSM text messaging module can be fitted which will signal fuel theft with time and date.
