Upon commencement of the project we can provide the full construction management portfolio, fully staffed with both surveying & site management. We are flexible on the terms of the engagement whether this is a construction management agreement, main contract or trade/sub contract. We also provide purely personnel only on a fee related basis. If you have a particarly difficult project, that has little interest from other parties, we may well your best option. We have already successfully completed a rescue project, where the previous main contractor went into administration and would welcome the chance to help and assist you with your own project.
