True Blue Swim School founder Jason Arnold grew up in Australia—a country that takes their respect of the water seriously. Born to a family of educators, his love for both swimming and teaching put him on a clear career path in the learn to swim industry. In 1991 Jason was the Manager of a swim school in East Melbourne where he designed a curriculum that saw the business quickly booked out. In 1995, Jason formed a partnership with Paul Sadler, who had also been operating a successful learn-to-swim school in Melbourne. Together, they started ‘Swimland’ and grew it to 13 celebrated locations. In 2010, Jason brought his passion for practical swim instruction, along with his teaching and training methods, to Canada.
