True Care is a licensed home care agency providing personalized care to families throughout New York City and Westchester County since 2009. It is our mission to raise the standard of home care services by offering the highest level of care and maintaining excellence in staff, procedures, and responsiveness. We deliver seamless continuity of care by working directly with New York MLTC, CHHA, and hospice companies. Our in-home and care programs include home health aide assistance, specialized memory care, post-stroke care, home infusion therapy, appointment and procedure escort, private duty nursing, hospice and palliative care, and consumer-directed assistance (CDPAP). Our passionate dedication to our clients sets True Care apart. We work with our clients individually to ensure their satisfaction and comfort with the paraprofessionals caring for them. It is our mission to continue to raise the standard of homecare services. We are committed to providing the highest level of care by maintaining excellence in staff, procedures and responsiveness. The True Care team is comprised of healthcare professionals and paraprofessionals experienced in caring for the aging and disabled population. Our carefully selected caregivers complete a multiphase training program that helps them become extraordinary home care professionals. Many of our highly skilled staff are bilingual, enabling us to better serve the Spanish, Chinese, Creole, French and Russian speaking communities.
