True-Care Restoration provides 24/7 emergency property restoration services to Insurance Industry clients within the Durham Region, Kawartha Lakes and Eastern Toronto areas, along with complete repair services. Our 6200 sqft facility includes 2000 sqft dedicated to content cleaning and processing, 3000 sqft of heated and secure content storage, and 1200 sqft of office space. We utilize the complete “Fireline” processing system which provides superior cleaning quality, faster turnaround, more in-house services and accurate documentation in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. We recognize that timely and detailed communication is not just important, it is absolutely necessary. From our initial response to a claim through to final completion, we utilize the latest technology to accomplish this. Our staff is provided with the means to digitally prepare detailed reports, capture signatures, record drying progress and document critical stages throughout the restoration process.
