True North is Calgary's leader in Event Staffing. We have 3 divisions, Security, Event Staff, and Event Crew. Security: Our Security division specializes in Event security. Concerts, sporting events, large public gatherings. True North guards are better trained and better paid. We have pulled from all walks of life to create a diverse roster of guards with unique skill sets and training to ensure you, the client, gets a team suited for your needs. In the current time and day there is a need for licensed and trained guards to conduct searches at doors, check Ids/passes and provide an overall higher level of security to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and the venue, all while maintaining a heightened level of enjoyment for all. Event Crew: True North stagehands specialize in concerts and festival setup. True North stagehands are better paid and better trained. Our management team is actively on the ground, working side by side with the other employees ensuring that the client has an easy outlet to communicate any modifications or concerns. True North strives to have constant staff at repeat venues to help speed the process due to familiarity, saving the client time and money. We will reach out to each client after their event, looking for feedback to help tailor our service to the client’s future needs. Current clients include Live Nation, Sound Art, The Calgary Flames. Event Staff: Our newest division. Ushers, Guest Services, Coat Check, Ticket Takers, Access Control, Line Management, and so much more. We created our event staff division to meet a growing need for friendly customer service with a safety mindset. Our Event Staff work hand in hand with our Security Division to help ensure every patron has a safe and enjoyable experience.
