Founded in 1919 as the 10th ever Goodwill in the world, True North Goodwill’s mission is to provide employment and employment support services to people with with barriers to employment. Goodwill is a non-profit agency governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, representative of the surrounding communities. We currently provide employment and employment services to 250 people annually, while operating 11 retail stores in northwestern Wisconsin. We are also focused on being eco-friendly as possible, as we strive to reuse and recycle all of the donations we receive. This keeps millions of pounds of materials away from landfills each year.
