About TrueCraft: Therapy and Coaching

Are you feeling frustrated with your daily routine? Having a hard time managing life's demands while still making time for the things you love to do? Tired of masking and longing to feel more embodied and inspired? I partner with adults with mental health concerns and neurodivergent adults who want to improve their sense of ease, satisfaction, and authenticity while engaging in daily life. My approach is both action- oriented and guided by deeper internal understanding. My clients benefit from the concrete, practical solutions offered by occupational therapy which focuses not only on internal client strengths and concerns, but also skillful adjustment of the environment and daily activities to better support client needs. My eclectic approach includes expressive, somatic & nature-based approaches, nervous system education, and cognitive skills training. I completed my Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) in 2021 and my Nature-Based Expressive Arts Practitioner Certification is currently in progress. With a background in job coaching with people with developmental disabilities and neurodiverse clients, I have experience with neurodiversity-affirming support to help clients attain their goals and dreams. My aim is to partner with clients in meaningfully engaging in their everyday life with ease, confidence, and authenticity.
