About TruForm Surgery

TruForm Surgery was founded by board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Adam Eidson, DDS, FACS and Dr. Brittany Eidson, DDS, FACS. As husband and wife, they served their country and their community while commissioned as officers in the US Army, earning the rank of Major. They were committed to providing expert oral and facial cosmetic care to hundreds of soldiers during active duty. During their time in the Army, they were constantly on the move. It was their desire to finally settle back down and return to their home state of Michigan to be near family. They now call Brighton, Michigan their home. While serving in the Army, Dr. Adam and Dr. Brittany realized they had something else to offer that stemmed from their unmatched experience while on active duty; having their own practice was the best way to treat people like their own family. With a commitment to presenting the best treatment plans and care to patients of all ages, they want people to feel welcome, happy, and receive the best care possible. TruForm Surgery is privileged to serve the community of Brighton and the surrounding area by offering personalized, one-on-one care to every patient.
