We provide Controller services to companies. Mainly high-end Accounting, HR, IT, financial analysis, and anything else you might need. Such as budgeting, forecasting, streamlining policies & procedures, etc. We specialize in commercial construction, but have a varied client base. Right now, we provide services in various fields such as architecture, health, not for profit, construction, trade associations and investors. We provide solutions to small and growing businesses. For instance, one of our clients asked us to come in and evaluate his business. We decided he really needed a full-time person. I interviewed candidates, selected one, and trained her on their software. Three other clients want us to handle all of their accounting needs. One other client only needs us to handle billing, collections & administer their employee benefits. I advised this specific client to hire someone who can handle all the daily accounting duties, plus the billing, collections & employee benefit administration. He took my advice and hired a full-time Controller with my help and I trained him. Again, we provide SOLUTIONS to specific situations for companies.
