Welcome to Trusted PC Man Trusted PC Man have been in operation since June 2004 supporting businesses and home customers from our office & retail premises located in Surrey, United Kingdom. Starting from a modest wooden cabin supporting a small handful of local residents, Trusted PC Man has since grown to regularly support over 150 SME businesses and in excess of 400 residential clients. Why would you want to do business with us? The anwser is simple. We have a great team of people who have a genuine desire to support you and assist you with all IT issues. We love what we do and we believe that we’re very good at it. Our goal is to take the stress away from our clients by offering them reliable support channels in which to communicate, we endeavour to rectify issues within the least possible time frames and ultimately we want to work with you to create a cost effective and reliable I.T infrastructure on which to work on. The business was started by Andy Clague who formerly worked for one of the largest global I.T outsourcing companies and his role involved the management of desktop services engineers supporting UK & europe based defense companies. In addition to managing technical support staff, Andy also ran customer care workshops for 15 seperate sites across the south of England and regularly visted UK helpdesks to assist with training and quality workshops. “My colleagueas & I understand the need to provide a quality service and we understand the value of trust.
