We at TrustEngine have experience on both sides of the match in mentoring and coaching, and have seen and experienced the engagement and growth of a good match, and the frustration and disconnection of a bad match. We continued to notice the repeated and distinct common factors that would lead to a better-quality match. Wanting to replicate and systemise these results while removing bias – TrustEngine was born. TrustEngine is backed by peer reviewed research and was built on the foundation of real-world mentoring and coaching experience in the ‘trenches’, the boardroom, and everywhere in between.
