Our owners, Al and Kim Nelson, have the experience and knowledge to make every transaction a satisfying one. Our services include: Residential - With our experience and knowledge of the Douglas, Sarpy and surrounding counties public records systems, we can provide the fastest service for refinance and purchase title insurance. Most orders take 24-48 hours to meet tight deadlines. Commercial - Meeting the high expectations of businesses that are buying real estate is a priority for us. We pride ourselves on taking the time to research and know the property to which we are committing to ensure we understand what additional issues need to be protected through endorsements to the policy. Title Search - We provide title searches (title reports) of residential and commercial real estate. Title searches do not provide insurance, but give an accurate picture of the property being researched. We search public records for ownership, taxes, liens and court cases that have an effect or potential claim to interest in the subject property. Construction - We are happy to provide title insurance and escrow services for new construction. We have the tools and experience to disburse funds and send out lien waivers to all the sub contractors to ensure everyone has been paid and avoid construction liens. Escrow - We serve as the intermediary during property sales, ensuring that all conditions of the contract are met before any money or titles exchange hands - keeping you and your investment safe.
