The TruVida Recovery continuum of care includes detoxification, residential treatment, intensive outpatient, sober living, aftercare, job placement support and mentoring. We utilize evidence based clinical practices such as cognitive behavioral restructuring, family therapy, traditional 12-step, smart recovery, art therapy, music therapy, meditation, physical conditioning therapies, and other proven treatment programs. Our multidisciplinary and experienced team is comprised of physicians, therapists, nurse specialists, addiction counselors, detox technicians, and interventionists. This cohesive team provides our clients a balance of Mind, Body, Spirit, and Community, with the ultimate goal of lasting addiction recovery.
