Try Tag Rugby is a fast-growing social sports organisation running leagues, tournaments and social events across the UK. Our offering of Tag Rugby is one of the most inclusive male and female sports available in the UK. In summer 2023 Try Tag Rugby saw a record 883 teams, just over 10,500 adult players, playing weekly across the UK at over 70 leagues. We have established popular Try Tag Rugby leagues in Brighton & Hove, Bristol, Coventry & Warwickshire, Edinburgh, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Thames Valley, Wigan, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and York, but that’s just the start! Licensing opportunities are available to take Try Tag Rugby to all parts of the UK. Our event style tournaments run throughout the year across multiple locations. Tournaments welcome players from all corners of the world and include onsite attendance of over 2000 people at our largest events. We take great pride in players saying that joining Try Tag Rugby is like becoming part of a giant family. The fun social scene that develops around our leagues and from being part of a team is a big draw for our players and makes participation about more than just the game itself. Try Tag Rugby is also the official UK delegate to the ITF (International Tag Federation), responsible for managing the Great Britain Tag Rugby teams. Great Britain competes annually against other international teams, and every three years at the Tag World Cup. With over 40 staff & licensees, we would love to hear from hard working & talented sports enthusiasts keen to help us grow over the coming years.
