TSE - We are specialized in thermal spraying, machining, manufacturing and service. We are based in Malmö and operate primarily throughout northern Europe but we are also active globally. Our business has been operating for some 50 years and together our owners have more than 80 years of combined experience in the industry. Over the years, we have gathered extensive knowledge in thermal spraying and machining: Methods, materials, applications and problem solving. We perform our work at our workshop or on site at the customer. We will help you to find the solution that suits you best. One of TSE's vision is to further develop our operations within our cutting edge skills in order to be a turnkey supplier and partner for both development and production in thermal spraying and machining. TSE works in line with ISO 9001 and 14001 and is constantly working on development and improvements to occupational health and safety and the environment. TSE:s service: • Thermal spraying & machining of existing components • Manufacturing and thermal spraying of new components • Prototype and series production • Application development • Problem analysis • Disassembly and assembly work Industries: We work in many industries on a range of applications. The need may be to protect against factors like Abrasion/erosion, corrosion, cavitation and other environments that might occur over the course of operations. A major field is also applications where an alternative to hard chromium is the goal. Thermal spraying is an excellent method for this by providing great flexibility and a wealth of possibilities.
