Established in 1995, TSI Structures has consistently upheld its excellent reputation, focusing on the design, fabrication, and erection of high-quality structural steelwork. Our in-house design team handles all design work, enabling us to provide a comprehensive interactive design and build service. We collaborate closely with project engineers to deliver design solutions and value engineering. Utilizing Autodesk Advance Steel for 3D modeling and detailing, we directly incorporate input from architects and engineers drawings. This allows us to create coordinated models seamlessly integrated into the BIM process. Our production capabilities extend to a weekly fabrication capacity of up to 80 tonnes. What sets us apart is our dedicated in-house paintshop, where we meticulously handle shotblasting and painting processes, including expertise in Firetex intumescent painting for enhanced fire protection. This ensures a seamless integration of fabrication and finishing services for our clients. Before initiating our works, our contracts team conducts on-site visits to deliver essential Health & Safety and CDM documentation, including project-specific method statements, lifting plans, and risk assessments. We tailor these documents for each project. We foster safety partnerships with various Main Contractors and consistently strive to broaden and enhance these collaborations. Erection is handled by either our in-house teams or specialized subcontractors, closely coordinated by our dedicated erection department. All on-site teams are well-versed in the elevated standards of Health & Safety and Quality that both we and our customers demand.
