Tsiantar Architects Ltd is an Architectural Design Practice based in Altrincham, Cheshire, established by Suzanne and George Tsiantar (RIBA) in 1986 focusing on the residential sector. Our wealth of experience and dedicated team, with skills across multiple sectors is ready to listen, advise and guide you on your journey to deliver your project. Our experience includes listed buildings and conservation area consent, site and historic context settings, building & environmental surveys and initial design & budget brief, 3D concept and spatial planning, green & renewable energy integration, planning permission, structural and building control packages, interior architecture, tender and onsite delivery. We provide architectural services to all experience levels, from; individual clients who may want more guidance through the architectural design and delivery process to the create their dream space. Across to time served, experienced developers, contractors and landowners looking to deliver high quality sustainable developments from homes to senior living accommodation. We design using a range of modern methods of construction (MMC's) including; ICF (insulated concrete formwork), modular off-site construction, traditional construction methods, sustainable re-design and retro-fit. Our vision is an architectural future of beautiful, bespoke, sustainable buildings & spaces which enhance everyday life. Tsiantar architects have designed and delivered projects predominately in the North-West of the UK, however, our designs have taken us across Europe, to the US and south Africa.
