About TSports TV

TSports is the first sports channel in Bangladesh. This channel is sister concern of Bashundhara Group. Bashundhara Group has proudly launched the first ever sports channel in Bangladesh in the name of T Sports which will be offering its viewers with all kinds of sports in Bangladesh and all over the world. Bashundhara group first started its operation as a real estate venture in 1987 and soon turned out to be a very successful one. It soon gained trust and confidence among the urban people in Bangladesh and created a goodwill in their field of expertise like no other. Driven by the ramifications of this success, Bashundhara geared up to invest in diverse new fields like production and distribution of cement, paper, pulp, tissue etc. The group now has over 20 major concerns located all over the country and Bashundhara became a household name all over Bangladesh. The group has great passion and interest in the field of media and thus have decided to add its media house titled "East West Media Group Ltd" which was established in 2009. It now owns a news channel "News 24", Bangla daily – “Kaler Kantho”, “Bangladesh Pratidin”, English daily “Daily Sun”. The media house also has two radio channels and three online portals under its name. With great interest in sports, the group now owns Rangpur Riders, one of the cricket teams in the Bangladesh Premiere League (BPL). The group also owns SJDCL (Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Ltd), one of the cricket teams participating in the domestic Dhaka Premiere league. For the love of football, they are also proud owners of Bashundhara Kings participating in the premiere division of Bangladesh football. Working on the development of sports, the group is now building the biggest sports complex in South Asia occupying 60 acres of land. It will hold a cricket, football and hockey stadium and academy with the finest state of art facility. It will also hold an international standard cricket and football stadium as well.
