About TTUHSC Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy

For more than 25 years, our focus has been on transforming pharmacy by educating well-rounded health care leaders who positively impact patient care and research developments. Our students complete more clinical training hours than students in most other pharmacy programs in the country, and have the unique opportunity to receive advanced clinical training in geriatrics, pediatrics and rural pharmacy – better preparing them for the environments they will practice in and the patients they will care for. With campuses in Abilene, Amarillo, Dallas and Lubbock, our PharmD students are able to choose the learning environment best suited to their needs, and have the opportunity to learn and interact with experts, faculty and students from all four campuses across West Texas and the Metroplex. In addition to our traditional Pharm.D. degree, we offer the largest Pharm.D./MBA dual degree program in the country, a dual Pharm.D./MPH degree program, a Pioneer Pathway that provides a flexible option for learners who cannot relocate, and continuing education options for practicing pharmacists and technicians nationwide. Through the HSC Graduate School, our students can also pursue a M.S. in biotechnology and a M.S. and Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences
