About Tualatin Area Chamber of Commerce
The Tualatin Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit membership-based organization representing and serving the interests of local businesses. We are committed to creating a strong local economy and our motto “Business and Community Working Together” is enthusiastically shared by our 330+ membership. The primary goal of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce is to create a business friendly environment so that businesses can create JOBS! We accomplish this through the following core competencies that define our chamber: Creating a Strong Local Economy - The Tualatin Chamber actively supports workforce development, business education and transportation within our community, which in turn, builds business retention and expansion. Providing Networking Opportunities to Build Relationships - Tualatin Chamber members are offered a variety of networking opportunities through numerous events, committees and educational gatherings, to connect and to promote their businesses locally. Representing the Interests of Business to Government - With the support of the Public Affairs and Business Advocacy Councils, the Chamber advocates and represents the local business community at City County and Regional levels. Promoting the Community - Passionate about growing business in Tualatin, the Tualatin Chamber offers multiple events and provides marketing and advertising opportunities for business throughout the year. We encourage our members to get involved, join committees or business teams and participate in the various networking events which will increase their company exposure and help make those important business contacts. It’s our job to be an advocate for businesses and inform our members on issues that directly affect their business. Member businesses also receive referrals directly from Chamber staff and fellow members.
