It offers a strong and simplified floor solution. Our modular system allows Super-Span to go beyond by integrating joists, bearers and beams into a simple design. By combining all these elements together, clients achieve a smarter solution every time. Speedfloor is a suspended concrete flooring system using rollformed steel joist as an integral part of the final concrete and steel composite floor. The system has been developed combining modern techniques and rollforming technology for a fast, lightweight, concrete/steel composite floor at a cost effective price. The joist is manufactured from pre-galvanized high tensile steel in a one pass rollformer, where it is rollformed, punched, pressed and slotted to a high degree of accuracy at a fast production rate. The ends are simply bolted to the joist which are then ready for shipping to site. Dincel Structural Walling allows floor and vertical elements to be built simultaneously, taking vertical elements off the critical construction path. In comparison to slabs with columns, the load bearing wall solution allows simpler slabs with less concrete and less reinforcement. Dincel Structural Walling also eliminates wet weather delays and other service trades off the critical construction path.
