About Turango Coaching and Training

Turango Coaching and Training was established in 2015 out of a passion for the profession of being a coach, trainer and the desire to reconcile what inspires us every day with what we do at work: the psychology of groups and organizations, traveling and exploring different cultures, psychotherapy, family relations, learning through movement, emotions, experience, self-fulfillment, dance, yoga, sailing and continuous development. We lead coaching sessions for international teams as well as life-coaching for individuals. We organize training for leaders, coaches, psychologists, HR employees and lecturers who want to develop their EQ, interpersonal and communication skills. How do we work? • We teach coaching effectively: we care about the ethics of the profession and development of the essential competences to be a coach, we provide mentoring for coaches - our training is verified and accredited by the International Coach Federation, • We combine knowledge of emotions, psychology, therapy with work in real-life business situations, • We support the development of leaders: they can develop their leadership potential and build committed, passionate and effective teams, • During life-coaching, we work with clients on important changes in their life, emotionally support them in situations that are developmental challenges, help develop self-confidence, make decisions, improve the quality of relationships, design the future, develop the necessary competences to achieve personal goals and overcome internal barriers, • We work with teams around the world: we understand the dynamics of group processes, help teams look at difficulties in a systemic perspective, support the resolution of interpersonal conflicts and release synergies, • We help HR build partnership relations with the business, support the implementation of a coaching culture and the creation of strategic HR plans. It gives us great satisfaction when our clients achieve their goals.
