About TURBO-TECHNIK
Turbo-Technik established in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, in 1967 by Dietrich E. Dassler, is a family owned company which was established as a ship repair company for voyage and port repairs of seagoing vessels. The name was once established from turbine machinery, a common propulsion system for ships at that time. In 2016 the son Martin M. Dassler, took over the company and became Managing Director. Nowadays the third generation is already working in the company to ensure the family owned status in the future. The experience gained over the years has lead Turbo-Technik to a broad diversification today. Nowadays Turbo-Technik is specialized in merchant ship repairs, ranging from world-wide voyage and port repairs, up to conversions, after sales service for major marine equipment and spare parts supply. Besides the historically grown relation to the German Navy, we do repairs and maintenance of international naval vessels, technical upgrading, refit and modernization of any kind of vessels around the world. Another strong market segment of Turbo-Technik is the service, repair and construction of industrial, retro-chemical and renewable energy plants. In the industry market we offer engineering and construction of modules, steel construction and contract manufacturing.
