About Turn the Key
Turn the Key was created in May 2018, with a vision to create forward momentum and unlock the potential of individual clients and businesses through coaching, mentoring and consulting services. We recognise it often only takes a small change in process, thinking, belief or alignment in the right direction to achieve transformation. Turn the Key offers an accessible platform, providing advice, guidance, interventions and self-directive learning, delivered personally by me. We appreciate having a key role, be it a FTSE, SME or owner/operator business, expectations from ourselves and others can be demanding and at times solitary. Clients tell us they benefit from having someone to talk to, listen, share, explore and challenge their thinking. Often, this support cannot be found within a business and an impartial perspective is often both cost effective and liberating. We enable my clients to achieve professional success and personal fulfilment through creating forward momentum to unlock potential. We deliver this by achieving CLARITY, building CONFIDENCE, developing RESILIENCE and gaining EMPOWERMENT to ensure my clients achieve their goals. Establishing a trust-based relationship is of the utmost importance. We leverage our strengths with a combination of systematic approaches, a learned coaching methodology and my extensive experiences. Challenging clients to define their goals and fully explore all options open to them. We work with clients to identify barriers and enablers, take accountability and support them to step outside their comfort zone. Put simply, it all starts will small steps. It is important our work is accessible from both a financial and geographical perspective and to a variety of people and businesses, spanning big, small, new and established companies, to help unlock potential. Paying forward is also important, so we also undertake pro bono work and have launched a BRILLIANT Women Network.
