This direction is spearheaded by Turnabout founder Joy Mauro, who has built one of Canada’s largest and most successful retail empires in the fashion resale industry. We at Turnabout are deeply committed to providing a joyful and inspired environment for our customers, staff, and community. To support our local community better, we have partnered with several social wellness charities over the years including Dress for Success, Surrey’s Sources and Cause We Care Foundation. Our recently opened store, Turnabout Community, allows for donating items for resale to support those in need, and makes Turnabout Canada’s first luxury clothing reseller to add an entirely non-profit location to its business model.
