About Turner Eating House
A social and service organization for women and non-binary students at Davidson College, Turner Eating House was established on November 7, 1998. Turner was named after Catherine Turner '93, who was known for her role as service coordinator while at Davidson. Turner focuses on service with a mission of "community care" in the Davidson and greater Charlotte area. This allows for service to mold with each class of students, to represent what is currently important to members. Our three current focuses are 1. Reproductive Rights, 2. Mental Health Advocacy, 3. Davidson Community Garden. Some fun facts about Turner are that our mascot is a frog (ribbit!) and our colors are green/blue!
