Since 1987, Turning Point of Tampa has been a family-owned facility focused on 12-Step oriented, quality client care on one campus. At Turning Point of Tampa, our programs feature highly-credentialed staff providing real structure, teaching clients how to practice 12-Step principles, in a residential setting where solid group counseling is the keystone. Our mission is to provide effective 12-Step based addiction treatment that is affordable and maintains high clinical standards and quality of care. We specialize in treating Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Eating Disorders (ED) and Dual Diagnosis Treatment. We are accredited by the Joint Commission, we have a Level 3.5 certification with ASAM and we are a provider of residential, PHP and IOP programs. We strive to create a “life-like” environment, focusing on recovery through responsibility. To date, we have carried the message of recovery to thousands of clients and their families. We know that now there are more places than ever for someone to get help. If we are not the best place for your family, we will tell you and we will help you find it. We want you to know that if you call Turning Point of Tampa, you won’t reach a call center. When our clients arrive, they meet the person who answered the phone. They receive services that are both structured and individualized. Our services are affordable and we are in-network with most insurance providers.
