Turnkey Construction Ltd is a Gloucestershire based building contractor. A privately owned family business established for 25 years. We specialise in the extension, refurbishment and restoration of new and listed buildings both residential and commercial. We work closely with clients and architects to deliver first-class projects encompassing all aspects from ground works, major structural works, extensions, re-wiring/electrical installation, plumbing, decorating and bespoke joinery. All our tradesmen are directly employed, some who have been with us since our conception - we only sub-contract for specialist needs. We have a loyal and devoted client base in The Cotswolds, Home Counties and London. Our practice is based in Woodchester, South Gloucestershire. Here we operate our administration offices, stores, fleet of vehicles, construction machinery, dedicated joinery shop and cast stone workshop. We are a respected and reputable contractor within the construction and building industry and have forged excellent relationships with our suppliers which means we can offer favourable pricing in this highly competitive marketplace. Turnkey Construction is run by a ‘hands on’ Director, David Martin. With a solid reputation based on 30 year's experience in the building and construction industry, David and his team will provide you with sound and practical advice to deliver your project no matter how big or small, ‘on-time’ and with exceptional tradesmanship. Our highly skilled team span an entire range of home improvements and construction areas from groundworks and laying the foundations through to plumbing, electrical, plastering and carpentry.
