Multi Family Real Estate Sales, Marketing, Property Management, Leasing and Acquisitions I partner with different investment teams and advisors on joint venture opportunities in various markets. We dedicate extensive research in finding opportunities in target locations with assets in or around tier 1 and tier 2 cities. We look for mid scale hotels within the Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and Intercontinental category. We also find multi family assets in the C/B & A (where appropriate) asset class with add value, distressed, emerging markets, mismanagement, long term owners looking to cash out, seller financing, or finished products with sellers leaving equity on resale within in today's environment price ranges anywhere from 3-30 units for smaller deals and $3M-30M, 50-350 units for larger deals. We appreciate any opportunity to be of consideration for off market deals, newly listed deals, any and all strategies for joint ventures. My personal background is 17 years as an executive in the private sector within the luxury 5 star hotel industry representing world renown brands and iconic hotels and resorts working with the corporate sector in sales, marketing and revenue management. I have been engulfed in teh real estate community alongside hotels with real estate investing in which I am now invested in a full time capacity over since 2011, growing and expanding my team, assets, outreach and resources. My Real Estate experience includes many levels of in depth and hands on investment, sales, marketing, construction, leadership, design, budget planning, maintenance, strategic business planning and on-site property management. I own, manage, reposition, rehab, develop, lease, and acquire single & multi-family assets
