Unser Programm „Lesen mit dem Turbo-Team“ beruht auf dem Ansatz des High-Impact-Tutoring – laut Forschung eine der wirksamsten Methoden zur Leseförderung überhaupt. Herzstück des Turbo-Teams ist eine digitale Plattform. Sie ermöglicht auch Tutor:innen ohne hohe Qualifikation eine wirksame Förderung gerade von benachteiligten Kindern. Das Tutoring erfolgt in Kleingruppen und wird durch Tutor:innen angeleitet, die von uns qualifiziert werden. Wir sind ein Team aus Expert:innen mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von praxisnahen Problemlösungen für Schulen. Unser Ziel ist, dass alle Kinder mit Spaß und Freude Lesen lernen. So legen wir die Grundlagen für erfolgreiche Schullaufbahnen, berufliche und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe. Wir wollen unser Programm in 25 Prozent der Schulen in Deutschland umsetzen und so einen wirksamen Beitrag zur Bewältigung der Lesekrise in Deutschland leisten.
