About Tuttoquinoa

Tuttoquinoa was born in 2015 as a blog dedicated to two of the most popular superfood: Quinoa and Amaranth. Since 2017 Tuttoquinoa has become a company, whose main activity is the sale of pseudocereal seeds for sowing and the marketing (and intermediation) of pseudocereals and other products for food. SEEDS - Quinoa: Seeds of different varieties, some of them produced directly in Italy, others imported. Our seeds are suitable for the Mediterranean area and central-northern Europe, and we can provide both varieties with and without saponin. Seeds can be supplied throughout Europe. - Teff: We are able to supply high quality seeds produced in Italy of both white and dark teff, varieties suitable for both grain and fodder production. Furthermore, we are working on developing a teff supply chain. We are able to supply teff for food use, teff flours and both organic and conventional processed teff from an entirely European supply chain. - Chía: After years of varietal tests, we have managed to identify a Chia accession that adapts well to the photoperiod of the European continent, it will be available from 2022. - Amaranth: given the agronomic difficulties encountered with the varieties in use in Europe, we are working on the selection of a short cycle line, more suitable for Europe. PSEUDOCEREALS BROKERAGE Since 2023 we have entered the food market as ABROKERS of pseudocereals. By leveraging the international contacts developed over the years, we are able to put in contact processing company with producers at a national, European and international level. We deal with grains, oils, flours and other processed products. We also produce organic pseudocereals on our farm in Tuscany.
