TW Fine Art was established by Mike De Paola (Principal), Ty Cooperman (Senior Director), and Sienna Berritto (Director of Operations & Artist Liaison) in 2020. TW was founded after the team repeatedly witnessed the growing gaps between talented artists and the art world-insiders who possess the knowledge and know-how to advance an artist's career to the top of the market. TW Fine Art practices a hybrid model of fine artist representation and art collection management. Our in-house fine artist agency services entail managing an artist's career, along with the business backend required to produce and sell art. We also help artists become ever-more financially and contractually-literate, enabling them to better advocate for themselves and their work in an industry filled with grey areas. Simultaneously, we pair fine artists with the right partner galleries, artist services, dealers, collectors, and companies on a global scale while also exhibiting and selling art directly from our gallery outposts. Our approach to fine artist management means that we act as an intermediary between a fine artist and various stakeholders such as industry-leading organizations in commercial projects or world-class museums for exhibition and acquisition opportunities. This allows artists to focus on art production and the long-term arc of their creative outputs. Through this collaborative effort, all parties' voices are amplified. TW artists do not simply create that which has been done before. We seek to embrace and amplify artists who force viewers to question their preconceived notions about aesthetics and culture. TW’s primary artist programme is centered on our artists’ shared passion for pushing the boundaries – both in terms of their materials as well as their subject matter – of each of their chosen mediums. Since its opening in 2020, TW Fine Art has been featured in AnOther, Forbes, Hypebeast, Surface, W., Office, and more.
