Tweddle Engineering offers a wide range of Specialist Engineering Services. We have the skills required to deliver complex engineering solutions that the customer demands. Material Handling Conveyors, High Pressure Timber Treatment Plants, Specialist Trailers, Pressure Vessels and Structural Steelwork are some of the works we undertake. Fully trained site teams carry out all installation works, site maintenance, service and repair. Welding to approved procedures in MIG, TIG and Sub-arc can be offered. Our multi disciplined office facility can carry out full Project Management, Design and production of Technical Drawings. Single piece fabrications up to 35 tonne can be manufactured, transported and installed. All heavy lifting can be carried out by our installation engineers and all necessary Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Certification is provided. Onsite Pressure and Lift Testing can be carried out and certificated. We have the capability and the capacity to build full ‘mock ups’ of the processes required to carry out specialist tasks that may be required in a challenging environment. Having already established reliable working relationships with numerous Tier 2 suppliers within the Nuclear Industry we pride ourselves on supplying our customers only the highest quality products. Key to this is setting up internal processes that ensure that every stage of the purchasing, design, manufacturing and supply cycle has been set out to reach measured quality assurance goals.
