Twelve is a financial advisory and private credit syndication company. We are also a pioneering Fund of Funds syndicator and advisor, enabling accredited professionals and institutional investors to access Africa’s most promising VC and alternative asset funds. Twelve is a lead investor in top-tier African VC funds targeting market-creating, impact-driven, and high-growth companies across the continent. Our two core fund partnerships, Ventures Platform and Loftyinc Capital, are ranked among the top 10 VC funds in Africa. Twelve is a Lead LP in the LAF III fund and an LP of note in the VP IV fund. Since investing in these funds, they have collectively backed 90+ startups that have created over 20,000 jobs and hold a cumulative valuation of $3.5 billion, making our fund portfolio one of the most important private sector growth enablers on the continent. In addition to venture fund investing, Twelve actively syndicates private credit funds for growth SMEs. We have mobilized $25M+ in private credit for SMEs across fintech, agtech, logistics, and proptech. Notably, several of these transactions focused on agriculture value chain companies implementing climate-smart solutions, such as Thrive Agric, which supports smallholder farmers to build resilience against climate shocks, and Checkoff Finance, which finances solar power solutions. These investments demonstrate our commitment to bridging climate adaptation and clean energy access with financial inclusion. As part of our commitment to community resilience, we provided working capital grants to the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) for the LASG MSME 2020 COVID recovery fund. Our in-house portfolio includes a private investment community of 2,000+ qualified investors across Africa and an AI-powered gamified financial literacy platform designed to build a new generation of financially literate young Africans
