About Twenco

Twenco has over 40 years of experience in building Production Equipment for the composite industry. Equipment Twenco is specialized in root-end milling/drilling machine centres for the wind turbine rotor blades. These machines are multi axis servo driven and fully automated machines. Process monitoring In 2015 Twenco developed a non-contacting dielectric sensor technic, to measure the complete production process from a composite part (from liquid to solid). Twenco can measure: o Resin arrival o Flow speed o Viscosity behaviour o Curing grade up till end of curing This technique is also applicable to the Welding Process of composite parts, the melting behaviour can be non-contacting monitored. And additionally, the welding power can be controlled. Heating With a long history in mold heating, Twenco developed an all-in-one control solution. One module on which all heating zone cables (tracing, thermocouples, power, etc.) can be connected and the Heating Power can be controlled remotely. Easy to setup from a small mold to a big mold with hundreds of heating zones. Process optimization When you use Process Monitoring in combination with Mold Heating, you get the benefit of a complete real time-controlled production process. Knowing what happens inside the mold and controlling the temperature accordingly. All in a final production process report for to quality control information or for trend analysing.
