Twin Cities F.I.T. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are the only facility in Minnesota that provides this unique integrated medicine program.Our mission is to complement the treatment of disease and enhancing the quality of life by empowering individuals to reach their true potential while improving health and wellness through exercise. Twin Cities F.I.T. helps individuals reach their health and fitness goals by integrating approaches from: -Exercise physiology -Occupational therapy -Physical therapy -Behavioral therapy -Sensory integration The Staff at Twin Cities F.I.T. don’t focus on solely the fitness aspect, we strive for an improvement in overall wellness. We teach individuals how to overcome physical and mental boundaries that may have held them back from participating in the variety of activities that make life enjoyable and fulfilling. Along with exercise, our approach includes: -Improving aspects of activities of daily living -Finding enjoyable leisure activities -Discovering motivation tactics to make being active an enjoyable experience.
