Twinar is a company based in Basel, Switzerland, that specialises in the digital transformation of buildings. Their goal is to make digital twin technology accessible for existing buildings and enable a new level of asset management and visualisation. They utilise the power of 3D data to support building owners and operators in digital management. Their focus is on intelligent, data-driven solutions that increase operational efficiency and enable informed decision-making. Through digitalisation, they transform buildings into dynamic, intelligent assets and contribute to a smart, sustainable future. Twinar was founded as a spin-off of Hübschergestaltet GmbH and initially integrated 3D scanning and digital twin tools into the construction planning and execution workflow. Due to increasing demand from partners, it was decided to create a separate company specialising in exploiting the benefits of digital twins. Over the past three years, Twinar has expanded its project portfolio and worked on integrated solutions for digital twins.
